FWIW, the listings in the PE catalog indicate sizes of 15" & 18". Nothing 16"....or 15 1/2" which is exactly the measurment of the cork dia. I am going to go ahead and order a 15" set and see if I can modify them after looking them over. If it don't look like it'll work, guess I'll return them and start building grills.

Russ,
I also wanted round covers for my 604, 15 in speakers. After looking for quite some time, the closest I could find are the ones you show in PE. Rather than buy them (since I did not care for the look), I made my own from two 18 inch round, pine platforms from Lowe's for $10 ea. Simply cut out the centers so that the "rims" fit snugly over the speakers. (I purchased the platforms since they had a rounded edge that I wasn't sure how to achieve.) After applying brown grill cloth, they look nice. For sturdiness, you could use a heftier cloth.
It would be great if someone came up with a stretchable speaker cover that slipped over the edges of the speaker (kinda like a shower cap). OR, better yet, a firm circle of foam with a rim extending over the edge of the speaker flange. Oh well........

John, you just gave me a great idea! Thanks. A circular cover with CLOTH over it would indeed look much better than any kind of mesh. Of course, the mesh-work wether it is plastic or metal would be left alone as a barrier and covered over with the cloth. I'm going to pursue this idea in protecting the woofer while keeping the look of a "bare-fronted" M19.

Under the catagory of "Stuff Happens" Russ, I never agree with unprotected woofers in a common room.
Here is what I did,

I just checked them and they will work perfect on the 416-8B in my 19s, these are PE Deluxe covers.
I would use some sticky back velcrow to affix the covers to the corks so you don't have to drill. The corks can be replaced if need be.

Those are very nice cabinets Gary. I've seen pics of other cabinets you've built but I don't recall seeing these ones. I was wondering where you mounted the H.F.Freq. controls but it appears that by peeking into the RH port you've mounted them in back. Makes sense. Again...you do VERY nice cabinet work Gary.
About the covers, Dave (dgwojo) gave me a good deal on some mesh covers he had on hand....so I don't have to shop around now! I am gong to experiment as to the best method to attach them so that in NO WAY will I have to alter anything on the cabinet or the woofers cork. My 416 woofer cork is factory perfect and I want to leave it that way. I am thinking of a way to cover the mesh-grill with some sort of cloth material (black or brown) simply for looks. The mesh covers don't look bad, but they do have a bit of that "stage-monitor" look that I can get away from by covering them in cloth. I know I'll figure it out.
Ok, I can understandably picture a bunch of other M19 owners with a full set of factory grills thinking: what a ridiculous amount of trouble! GET SOME PROPER GRILLS!.....well like I mentioned before I want all that beautiful walnut up front to show, and still protect the woofer cone. I appreciate the tips everyone! I believe its going to work out very well.
